ANY ITEMS THAT DO NOT SHIP VIA LTL FREIGHT ARE CONSIDERED SMALL PARCEL

  • For a guide on our small parcel shipping specs, head to the file tab on Microsoft Teams and click the 'Small Parcel Ship Specs'
    • This guide will tell you the SKU#, Item Name, Ship Weight, Box Dimensions, Case Quantity, Case Dimensions, Case Weight, and Shipping Method of all small parcel products.
      • SKU#- our product number that is used for us and vendors to specify the product being ordered.
      • Item Name- The product's name
      •  Ship Weight- The weight of a single amount of said product.
      • Box Dims- The Length, Width, and Height of the single box the product ships in. Some items will ship in flat rate boxes, like USPS Small Flat Rate, or FedEx 2-Day One Rate boxes. Measuring boxes will always be LxWxH. You do not need to measure the dims of flat rate boxes.
      • Case Quantity- The total amount of individual items in one Case or Master Carton.
        • Some products are sold as single items (like the V-Lectric FAT PRO Bike Carrier), while smaller products can ship as single units, cases, and master carton amounts. A master carton has an X amount of cases in it, with an X amount of single quantities within the case. EXAMPLE: 1 MC of SHP2040 is 30 total units, or 2 cases of 15 units each.
      • Case Dims- The LxWxH measurements of the case or master carton.
      • Case Weight- The weight of the case or master carton.
      • Ship Method- The shipping carrier and shipping service (ie FedEx Ground/2-Day/Express, USPS Priority Mail/1st Class Mail, etc.)
  • Depending on the PO, items will either ship as mentioned in the Small Parcel Ship Specs, or will be combined with other items into a box, ship a different carrier depending on the shipping terms, or may even ship LTL depending on the PO amount.
  • Once we determine the shipping specs, you will package the product(s) and add in our Packing List either inside the container (flat rate boxes), or use a pack list holder and stick to the outside of the container.
  • Next, we will create the shipping label in Ship Station.
