All Camping World POs will be handled in their SPS Commerce EDI Portal. We will receive emails for product forecasts and POs. Here is part of a PO for reference:
- To access their POs, Log into SPS Commerce and then click on the Fulfillment tab on the LaunchPad
- Here, you will find any acknowledgements, new orders, open orders, and errors. If you are unfamiliar with Camping World's EDI, visit their Training Center
- Fulfillment -> Click the graduation cap in the top right corner (Training Center) -> scroll down to "My Courses" -> click Camping World Fulfillment course.
- SPS Commerce REQUIRES us to submit an inventory inquiry/advice form ONCE a week. You will find the template for this form in Transactions.
- Fulfillment -> Transactions -> Create New (top left of screen)
- 1.) Select a Partner; click the drop down arrow and select 'Camping World'
- 2.) Click on the 'I don't have a source document' box
- 3.) Click the second bubble, and select 'Let's Go Aero Inventory Advice Sheet'
- Fulfillment -> Transactions -> Create New (top left of screen)
