Shipping Packages to China- FedEx

  • 1.) Select the ship from address, which will be LGA HQ or Fapco most of the time.
  • 2.) Ship To address will vary, but the most common China address we ship to will be to Victor Wang @ V-Info Trade, Inc.

  • 3.) Enter the package details like the number of packages, weight, service type (International Economy mostly), Package type, Dimensions, package contents, shipment purpose, and total customs value.
  • 4.) Billing transportation and duties/taxes/fees to our account (354883546-546)
  • 5.) Once your info is checked and input, we'll continue to the next page.
  • 6.) Enter the commodity info in the system or create a new one so they know what is being shipped. Some items are prohibited, which is why this step exists. 
  • 7.) For customs declaration, we use a commercial invoice and the company letterhead and signature on file. The Terms of Sale will be 'Delivered Duty Paid.'
  • 8.) For the Electronic Export Information (EEI), we will click 'No EEI/SED Required: and then select NO EEI 30.7(a). DCS type is Department of Commerce
  • Check all info again, then hit Ship to produce the labels. 
  • The first label will attach onto the package, while the other labels and three commercial invoices will be placed into a shipping pouch next to the carton label.
